Tomato, Arugula, & Fresh Mozzarella Salad

Last weekend, I was really craving a big, bright salad.  I had some yellow cherry tomatoes (my favorite!), some small fresh mozzarella balls, and a big container of arugula, so I made this pretty winter salad.
